My role is multifaceted as a Quality Assurance Manager for Accreditation and Compliance (Institutional Effectiveness). I've successfully led the application preparation for several initial and renewal of program accreditation for national and international bodies. My focus on curriculum development has led to implementing Competency-Based Education in several courses and creating an industry-driven curriculum.I liaise with academic program chairs for quality assurance, analyzing and reporting KPIs, and performing gap analyses. Chairing the Quality Assurance and Assurance of Learning Committee and the Professional Development Committee, I spearhead initiatives to improve course performance and support professional growth.My efforts have extended to public engagement, leading webinars for government employees, and in partnership with higher education institutions. My objectives for the current year include introducing a proactive compliance approach, facilitating the automation of the IE Portal, and improving survey administration and feedback loops. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, I aim to uphold rigorous quality standards and ensure our institution's ongoing accreditation compliance.
