I am a HR Executive at ALNAJMA, a global organization with over 4000 employees, where I lead and manage all aspects of human resources. I develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives, and foster a positive and productive work environment where everyone can thrive. Some of my achievements include resolving complex employee issues, designing and delivering effective training programs, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. I have a Master of Computer Applications degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, where I studied mathematics and computer science. I have also acquired customer support skills from my previous roles as a Sales Coordinator at CLEANCO and an Office Executive at ALNAJMA. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my knowledge, which contrasts with my earlier experiences of finding education tedious. I am also a multifaceted individual with diverse roles in my life, such as a mother, a creator, and a single-handed warrior.
