Working at the lab of M.D. PhD. Liran Shlush, at the Immunology department of Weizmann Institute of Science, I work on the development of:(1) Integrated DNA and RNA extraction from single cells and applying the data to solve key questions in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)(2) Leading a targeted sequencing R&D project. Specifically, improving cost effectiveness of previous protocols by integration of molecular biology novelties and automation solutions.(3) Mentoring lab colleagues in various molecular biology lab expertise.

Working at the lab of Prof. Ehud Shapiro at the Computer science and Applied Mathematics department at the Weizmann Institute of Science, I Worked on the development of single cell genomics methods as a contiunuation of the projects which started during my PhD studies: (1) conducting an assay for state-of-the-art single cell whole genome amplification (scWGA) kits comparison.(2) developing a novel scWGA protocol using nanoliter scale liquid handling robotics.(3) working on the improvement of the molecular biology processes that are part of the cell lineage analysis platform which was developed in the Shapiro's lab.

Instructing top students from high schools as part of the scientific program "Tahkiranut" (Investigative Science), at the education arm of Weizmann Institute of Science, Davidson Institute. During this program I introduce to the students my research field and background and perform scientific experiments. The goal of this program is to enthuse students to pick a scientific field of study at high school and in the university

In Prof. Moshe Flaishman's group, focusing on plant biology, I performed experiments which involve: molecular biology, DNA transformation to pear and apple leaves, and Arabidopsis Thaliana seeds.In addition I was in charge of a genetically engineered plant greenhouse, and maintained plants tissue cultures.
