I am the Director of, Recruiting, Training & Quality Assurance. I have been in the forefront of working in and recruiting for Pharmaceuticals Sales for nearly 20 years. I have displayed a genuine passion for finding qualified, talented sales account managers who share my dedication to customer service and enthusiasm for bringing fairly priced pharmaceuticals to multiple (independent) locations pharmacies Nationwide.As a Director, I develop recruiting strategies, sources, and screens candidates, and have filled hundreds of open positions across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels.I began my career in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Manager. Here I called on and built relationships with numerous independent pharmacies looking for a secondary provider of generic pharmaceuticals. Within three years, I was promoted and took on the roll of Sales Supervisor and then a short while later National Sales Director.Through the growth of the company, I have advanced both KeySource and myself within the organization. I not only discover new talent for KeySource, but often take a hands-on approach by mentoring new recruits.I extend myself steps further providing complete life cycle sales training to associates to ensure that quality is met to not only the Account Managers and others on my team, but to the customers I and they encounter. Building relationships with customers and partners within the KeySource organization have been keys to success. I help provide an open and friendly environment for my staff, the ability to develop the account team individuals and their talents. My ability to lead come both naturally and from my dedication and experience in the industry.KeySource has been selected, for the third time in a row, as a finalist for the Fast 55 program.
