As an HR Generalist at Better Collective, a Danish multinational in the digital sports media and iGaming sector, I was tasked with establishing the HR department in Brazil following the company’s launch of operations in the country in 2023. In this role, I managed a wide range of HR functions, from payroll inputs to overseeing the entire recruitment funnel, including onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle management. I had the opportunity to design most of the department's processes from the ground up, contributing as part of a lean HR team of only two members.

I was responsible for Human Resources operations across seven countries: Italy, France, Romania, Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal and United States. I managed end-to-end hiring processes, tracked vacation balances and payments, and supported employee termination processes. I also oversaw occupational safety training, office inspections, and benefits administration, including programs such as Uber, Gympass, travel systems, and medical and dental plans. In addition to maintaining employee data accuracy in the payroll systems (TMF and KPMG), I ensured compliance with each country’s legislation through mandatory training coordination. I was responsible for updating employee records in Workday and regularly generated reports for payroll and monthly KPI analysis, providing managers with accurate data and support for day-to-day HR inquiries.

Responsible for managing, monitoring, and organizing the schedule of two company executives as well as the CEO, handling corporate travel management, liaising with travel agencies, organizing corporate events, overseeing the acquisition, renewal, and management of international documents, and providing daily support to the executives' needs. Managing information in integrated systems, ensuring that the database remains compliant with organizational requirements.
