Developed process for automating accounting functions by creating Microsoft SQL database procedures that reconcile the on-line company database with the Mcrosoft Dynamics Navision accounting software database. Those procedures significantly reduced the sample data requested by the external auditors, which, in turn, reduced their billable hours. When new revenue sources are added to a company's internet site, I performed the analysis of the new data, review for accuracy and verify the API is importing the transactions into the financial system correctly. I was also responsible for reviewing assigned general ledger accounts at the end of each reporting period, as well as quarterly reconciliations for SEC filings, running the Microsoft SQL stored procedures and validating any manual general ledger entries. I co-developed DubLi' Inc.'s daily gross profit analysis and customer membership activity dashboard reports for the C level executives, accounting management staff and the Board of Directors. It was a key tool in monitoring the operations and projected cash flow of the organization on a daily basis.
