I'm Tamir Shemesh, and I've had the privilege of building a fulfilling career in the world of real estate over the past few decades. My journey began back in 1998 while I was studying at the Stern Business School at New York University, and since then, I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from owners and developers to buyers and renters.One of the things I'm most proud of is founding The Shemesh Team in 2003. It's been an incredible journey working with talented individuals who share my passion for real estate. Together, we've been able to help countless clients achieve their real estate goals. Our team specializes in various aspects of the industry, from New Development and buyer representation to seller representation, project management, and rentals. We've had the privilege of serving clients in a wide range of regions, from the Financial District to Harlem, Brooklyn to Connecticut. Our collective experience and industry knowledge allow us to create personalized strategies for each client's unique needs.Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work on some remarkable projects, representing over 50 New Development ventures, including iconic properties like 400 Park Avenue South, 345 West 14th Street, 1110 Park Ave, and 41 Bond Street. I've also had the opportunity to successfully sell properties in prestigious buildings such as 15 Central Park West, 995 Fifth Avenue, The Greenwich Lane, 220 CPS, and the Time Warner Center.What I believe sets me apart is the international perspective I bring to my work. Having been born in Israel and having lived in various cities across Europe and Japan, I've had the privilege of working with both international and domestic buyers and sellers. It's this diverse background that has allowed me to build lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and leading to repeat and referral business.
