Placements were in Madison, Milwaukee and Chicagoland area as well as some project based work both in Indianapolis and Las Vegas.Special Projects: -Project Lead and sole Recruiter for a Las Vegas Technical Help Desk for Kraft Foods. The staff consisted of approximately 20 employees in roles such as Level 2 Help Desk and Help Desk Team Lead. Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring of all consultants on a W2 Hourly basis.-Project Lead for the recruitment of a large national contract for Eli Lilly which logistically entailed hiring in Las Vegas, Indianapolis, and South Plainfield, NJ. Staffing consisted of 35 employees including a Site Manager, a Help Desk Manager, Tech Support Analysts, and Laptop Technicians. Completed all initial recruiting via web and phone interviews.
