Management & technical support of the VA’s Health Eligibility Website, collaborating with multiple content providers to keep the site up-to-date and make sure the site was 508 compliant. Since I came from the helpdesk/desktop support team many end-users continued to seek me out, so I provided the support I could to answer questions, resolve problems (in many cases it was just connecting the people to resolve the issue), and teach (which I love) as needed.
