Responsibilities – CREATIVE• Conceptualize and design key art posters, collateral marketing pieces, packaging, digital content, presentations and websites.• Manage projects from start to finish: fr scrap & sketches thru finished comps, to directing a photoshoot, to the development stage, to overseeing a retoucher, to collaborating with production in the pre-press process, to create a final product.• Direct a creative team comprised of designers, structural engineers, copywriter, illustrator, photographer, web developer and printers.• Listen to clients and contribute creative point of view.• Research and brainstorm impactful ideas.• Design materials in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign used across all print and digital platforms.• Plan and art direct photoshoots.• Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects efficiently.• Understanding of offset and digital printing process.• Strong ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities, heavy deadlines, and daily time constraints.Responsibilities – MANAGEMENT Run and manage the operation and administration of a rapidly growing design agency• Develop and manage a long-term company marketing strategy that is executed in annual plans.• Supervise new business efforts, outreach and implementation.• Identify potential new customers, monitor competitive trends regarding potential impact on business.• Develop strong customer base of new and existing clients by maintaining customer satisfaction.• Manage creative teams, multiple vendors and support personnel.• Responsible for all budgeting and scheduling of client projects.• Responsible for agency’s fiscal and operational accountabilities via budgets and A/P.• Create cost-saving solutions for clients and internal endeavors.• Developed company policies and procedures.• Strategic development of calendar, content and managing all social media, publishing 3-5x weekly.• Responsible for generating consistent workflow.
