Current• Maintenance and monitoring of the total IT Infrastructure, Network, Hardware, Software, and Surveillance Security Systems.• Design and develop team member of cloud-based ERP project and full stack developer team of a financial application.• Work on application accounting, finance, price quotation, factory macro plan, micro plan, supply chain management, document management system, procurement, machine plan, production plan, buyer order, costing module.• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.• Video conference arrangement and lead the live session.• Ensuring the projects run smoothly by controlling workflow, scheduling assignments, evaluating the status of project and reporting it’s to the management.• Maintenance and monitoring of auto-mail backup and recovery services with other related mail issues.• Implementing RMG ERP software (Merchandising, Commercial, Store, HR & payroll, Production) & supervised MIS team.• Regular tracking of 7 factories IT environments and support properly.• To maintain IT-related procurement, comparison, negotiation, and selections.• Develop and manage CMS website development team, company video production team, and graphical work team.
