Hi! I’m Tammie and for the last 19 years I’ve had the privilege of helping Regional One Health save lives! I’m a veteran executive with a broad scope of knowledge across my organization, the health care industry, roots in social justice, prior experience in writing and communication and even served as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer.Regional One Health is an essential access hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Center, Burn Center, High Risk Obstetrical Program and Level 3 Newborn Intensive Care Unit. It’s a challenging environment with complex cases, resilient people, and I love it. Interests & Expertise: negotiating solutions between donors, administration, physicians, and program leaders; identifying connections between departments and breaking through silos to solve problems; leveraging vision and mission to set direction and invest others in the process and execution; facing difficult situations head on and having uncomfortable conversations.
