Total guest rooms of 1086 and 72,000 square feet of convention space. Territories include all markets in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Annual goal of 9,200 room nights

Responsible for sales solicitation, presentations, site inspections and contract negotiations for four premium resorts with meeting and convention space, representing 3,420 rooms and 226,000 sq. ft of meeting and convention space. Developed new revenue streams in secondary markets through stimulation of unresponsive or neglected business areas. Territories include the west coast and portions of the northeast.

Managed domestic sales for an 800 room four-diamond resort in the Caribbean. Increased bookings by one-quarter million dollars per month. Consistently met or exceeded quarterly revenue goals based on quota of three million dollars per year. Conducted site inspections and recommended improvement projects to better position product in the market place. Traveled up to 60% of the year to the west coast and nationally for the Insurance market.

Created group sales departmental procedures to facilitate market entry of a new 174 room four-diamond resort. Directed day-to-day operations of the group sales department.
