After Sales supporting and advising for the Citroën dealers. With subjects as: warranty control, quality management, client satisfaction, personal development and some technical support.

Responsible for all after sales activities of Citroën Hilversum. Leading a group of 19 colleagues, working on a good financial and customer satisfaction result.

Thanks to a wide range experience in truck technics, I started as a truck mechanic, then developed to workshop manager and finally took the challenge to be a service manager.

Repairing and diagnosing trucks and buses.During opening hours and during the 24 hour service.

On the job training of local mechanics as part of a development program. In the same time doing maintenance and repairs in a governmental workshop and private workshop. (trucks, generators and four wheel drives of development aid organisations).Besides training people, I have, as a part of this job, made several trips to recover trucks with a crane. All in poor conditions.
