About Tammy Almeter

Cheerful, helpful and honest and definitely thankful! That's me. I strive to be my best in my current roles while spreading a little joy along the way. Being a business owner for over 30 years, I'm constantly striving for improvement or maybe it's because my dad would always challenge me to do better when I was growing up. I really like the Japanese philosophy, 'Kaizen', which means small, steady improvements made over time can result in big positive changes. I tend to weave that philosophy into a lot of areas of my life.As a partner in a technology business for all these years, I've seen a lot of changes. While my roles have changed slightly over the years it generally is managing the leadership team, handling the finances, dealing with HR matters, and having fun with marketing. Fortunately, I've been able to wiggle out of some of that HR stuff. I do cause disruptions but it is for the greater good and to create positive change. I love being a part of the technology industry and helping businesses understand how much technology can help them and protect them.
