Oversee all HR, payroll and safety responsibilites in addition to environmental compliance. I also maintaint all manufacturing/distributor/represtative licensing, as well as other administrative duties.

In 1998 I was given the opportunity to create a safety program from the ground up. I now oversee the safety program for all six of our facilities across the country. I train employees on all aspects of safety and environmental issues at our local facilites. I track compliance issues concerning OSHA, air permits, SWPP's, drinking water, and nationwide manufacturing, sales representative licenses, and local business licensing. I have handled our worker's compensation program since 1995, and I have assisted all other facilities in lowering reserves and getting claims closed since 2001. My past experience with Haulmark includes IT/Purchasing Assistant, Sales Assistant, light marketing responsibilites, and Human Resources.

Set up schedules for all service calls, answered all incoming calls, mailed out invoices and past dues, took care of walk-in customers, and created a service plan that customers could purchase for an annual cleaning of A/C and furnace. This program included a free spring and fall cleaning of equipment, and discounts on service calls while under the plan. I also created the mailing that would go out twice a year to these customers to remind them to schedule the cleaning of their equipment.
