I'm a dynamic and motivated professional where the chapters in my working career continue! I've a proven record in managing and completing projects, such as the startup of new businesses. My skills include cross-functional training of teams, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenging times. I am an adaptable and a transformational leader, including mentorship of all employees, with the ability to work independently also and to develop opportunities that further establish organizational skills. I've consulted on business start ups and kept up to date on future endeavors of opportunities. This includes authoring policies and procedures for pharmacy, writing articles for Arkansas University School of Business. I’ve successfully opened and managed my own retail pharmacy, pawnshop and cleaning business. I’ve worked in the Wal-Mart world of corporate management, volunteered in the Elkin's, AR Lions Club who's focus is vision and diabetes fundraising and education and volunteered for the American Heart Association. I am AED and CPR and Immunization Certified. I’ve involved myself with city government and I look forward to the challenges ahead of me.
