Created budgets and schedules for all Moving Forward Live regional events, interfaced with the Toyota regions, managed the Toyota assets in the warehouse, and oversaw fabrication of simulator units that were used for regional events.

Managed the budget, schedule and fabrication of all elements of a promotional parade for the park which involved large inflatables. I also produced an adapted version of "Wicked" for the park that opened in July, 2006. This production involved costume fabrication, scenery fabrication & venue construction and interface with the Wicked LLC team.

Duties included overseeing events and promotional opportunities for domestic and international Disney On Ice P.R., as well as guiding the strategic planning of P.R. & Promotions; interfacing with all Disney partners and growing the business in Mexico.*Accomplishments:- Established a synergy and promotional opportunities with internal partners and corporate alliance partners. - Developed the “Disney Experience” that explained the Disney brand and heritage to licensee’s field teams, which resulted in building stronger relationships and creating higher quality events and promotions.

Created & managed budgets and schedules for various special events, marketing tours and productions that included The Mulan Parade, Jazz Fest, NYE 1999, Pleasure Island events and fireworks shows and Vibe Live.

Managed the production, budget, schedule & cast for various Marketing Special Events in the top 25 markets. Some of these events included 25th Anniversary Magical Memories Tour and Celebration in the Park.

Managed convention entertainment / audiovisual services teams, hotel musicians and weddings (at the hotel and pavilion); oversaw atmosphere entertainment and stage managed the “Jolly Holidays” Christmas Show.

Provided client-focused audiovisual services at the Dolphin Hotel, as well as supervised all of the technicians; provided cost estimates; managed work schedules; and interfaced with catering and convention services teams.Created technician schedules for 365-day coverage at the Swan and Dolphin Hotels, oversaw time and payroll input, supervised small entertainment functions.

Installed audio visual equipment in meeting rooms and general sessions with an emphasis on video production and led a crew of technicians.
