It does this by hiring a client company’s employees, thus becoming their employer of record for tax purposes and insurance purposes.

Founded in 1915, J. P. King has been a family-owned marketing and auction firm for nearly a century. Specializing in high-value properties and portfolios that include everything from luxury homes to developments and ranches, the company has marketed properties in all 50 state and six countries. I started at J.P. King in the Business Development Department in 2000 and was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2006. I held the position of Business Development Manager until March 2012.
