Surgery Dept - Outpatient tech: admit patients, place IV Catheters, perform digital radiographs, blood draws, recover/monitor patients post-op, sedate for table-top procedures, appointments, discharges, client/doctor liaison, submit lab requests to proper destinations w/ proper handling, fill prescriptions and controlled drug access/administration, input medical records via Cornerstone and treatments/vitals via Instinct, client education and customer service.

Perform treatments for hospitalized patients and boarding pets w/ medical needs.Prep, induce, monitor and recover anesthetized patients for/from various types of surgeries.Place IV catheters perform blood draws, administer fluidsPerform all in-house lab requests and submit outgoing lab requests to proper destinations w/ proper handling.Perform dental prophylaxis and extractions under direct supervision.
