Tammy Cange is the founder and President of LSM Staffing, which she started in 1998. As an independently owned business, Tammy attributes the success of LSM to her ability to establish and maintain individual relationships with clients, some of whom have been with LSM Staffing for over a decade. She is also passionate about contributing to the community and brought her entrepreneurial spirit to the non-profit world as founder and administrator of an organization that served vulnerable people in the community for ten years. She is probably best known by close family and friends as the ‘dog whisperer’ because of her long history of adopting and caring for shelter dogs.
