Hi!, I am currently looking for my next opportunity to learn and grow with and lead a team to new heights. I have experience in customer service, hr, on boarding, payroll, sales, parts, service, warranty submission, accounting, tag & title work, finance and general management. I also have extensive leadership skills. After graduating college, I was a nurse at our local hospital from 1999 to 2006. During that time I went from a staff nurse to Charge Nurse responsible for as many as 20 staff and the care of 40 patients. I then accepted a position where I was the Clinical Director of a local medical office for 3+ years, each month making a profit while ensuring all of our clients needs were met according to MD orders. I was also recently working for an RV dealership that sold out to a much larger company... During this employment I moved up the ladder in our office relatively quickly due to my dedication and hard work. We were unable to find a "constant" General Manager or Finance Manager to provide team leadership or complete paperwork when a unit was sold. I took it upon myself to take a 6 month course and become certified in Finance & Insurance Mngt. I stepped in and assisted where necessary at the same time leading our team (without the title). My teammates deserved consistency and accountability. When the last GM was terminated I stepped in and took ahold of the reigns per request of our VP and every person I worked with for the last year. That first month we sold 17 units in 3 weeks. All of the deals were funded and our customer satisfaction was amazing. The key....treat people the way you want to be treated. You will notice a break in my employment history. My last child was born 9 weeks early and had some learning disabilities. When he was in 2nd grade we decided to hold him back and we also decided it was in my son's best interest for me to stop working and put his learning needs first. I worked with him at school and at home until he entered 10th grade and was successful with little to no assistance from me. While it was very difficult to walk away from my career, it was the right thing to do. Once I returned to work I was determined to put in all the effort I was expecting from him. I am dedicated and very much a team leader no matter the title. I am looking for a "home" to continue to learn and grow and to assist others in doing the same.
