Hey, I’m Tammy – I’m a carer, nurturer and ‘fixer’ by nature and I love to help young people reach their potential or at least help them set goals to reach their potential in anything they do, not just employment. I love to try and figure out how people get to who they are – what is their story – I tend to ask a lot of questions to try and work out how they ‘tick’. I like to ‘plant seeds’ in peoples minds and get them thinking - about themselves, their choices, their goals and how they might be able to change their circumstances if they want to. ‘The highest fences you’ll ever climb are those you create in your own mind’
