I also cultivate relationships with Group Leaders in the Tour & Travel Industry. I assist them in organizing retail trips as well as multi-day visits to our area, connecting Bus Leaders to various hotels, restaurants, and other attractions in the Berks County area so they get the most out of their visit.Additionally, I assist our VP of Sales & Marketing in securing long-term lessees for our 22 luxury suites. Presently, 20 of our 22 suites are leased in 1, 3 or 5 year contracts. Not only does my role as Client Service Manager require me to assist them in all their ticketing needs, but I become the client's liaison for all things related to our venues. Build, create, develop and maintain all ticketing for over 200 events a year at 2 venues! I managed a small staff of 10 people, and work closely with all departments to ensure the success of each event.
