- Create, Implement, and oversee various HR solutions and processes to support the people agenda, including talent management, performance management, organizational development, career management, accelerated learning, and HR standardization.- Build organizational infrastructure, drive a transformation, and scale programs and processes across teams and the entire business group.- Coach and provide feedback for key stakeholders and team leaders to help improve business and communication efficiency.- Play a key role in cultivating culture and employee engagement; drive communications and changes to create a culture of clear roles and responsibilities and transparency on-site.- Analyze new trends in the industry and bring forward cutting-edge industry knowledge

- Develop HR infrastructure, initiate strategic business plans, and drive execution to ensure the units meet both business and HR-related targets- Establish, integrate, and deliver effective HR processes and services such as talent management, performance management, organization development, compensation, and employee engagement strategy.- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business and communication efficiency.- Proactively identify and handle employee relations issues quickly and sensitively, exercising good judgment and discretion, and partner with cross until-stakeholders on Legal when needed.

- Design, lead and execute HR policies and processes in all HR domains: team structure and budgeting, leadership development, performance review, talent management & retention, recognition, compensation & benefits, etc.- Work closely with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention.- Full ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to issuing an offer.- Support the integration between corporate, sister companies, and local units.
