I answered multi-line phones, scheduled estimate calls for our salesmen, I did all the running for notice of commencements, and for filing permits, I even hung(posted) permits, filing, entering accounts payable with quickbooks, sending emails out to our employees, keeping the communication flowing so that there is no break down(very important), writing checks when picking up permits, documents, contacted customers regarding permits that needed to be delivered, put in orders for our install crew to go back on a job, set estimates for add on jobs, etc...
