I grew up in small town Nebraska and believe that small town girls grow up to have the biggest impact on this world. I am committed to helping women find joy, balance, focus, and energy as they build strong sustainable businesses AND grow healthy families. I excel in the areas of business strategy, influence mastery, and accountability coaching. With over two decades of experience as a successful business owner- and nine years of business coaching- I have mastered the ability to “flip businesses”. I have successfully purchased failing businesses and flipped them into a highly profitable business in just a few short months. I have also helped many others do the same for their own businesses. Most recently I began serving as the Director of Training for a global wellness franchise called OsteoStrong. In just a few short years- and even through covid- I contributed to nearly tripling the monthly revenue of the company!Due to my intentional focus on duplicatable systems, streamline processes, and never-ending learning I have built a solid business coaching strategy WHILE strengthening my marriage, raising my four amazing kids, coaching young athletes, and volunteering as a youth group leader. I will continue my pursuit to help women love life and build successful businesses by offering personal consultations, onsite business trainings, mindset coaching, and webinars.
