Human Resources Generalist
Current• Prepare files and participate in Joint Commission/Department of State Health and Human Services audit. • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain employee handbook.• Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness. • Manager Coaching/Training-partner to ensure all managers are aware and following company policies with employee conversations, timekeeping, counseling/documentation.• Facilitate Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Child Support, and Family and Medical Leave Act responses and administration using knowledge of state and federal laws.
