Works with the Sr. Director to plan, organize, direct, and lead the staff and work process of the quality performance improvement program. Other responsibilities include the day-to-day oversight and management of large amounts of diverse clinical data collected from the physician’s patient records. This includes delivering data, confirming that all required data are being obtained, collated, analyzed, and entered in the data base to ensure the integrity of the data to be used in clinical performance measures as required by the Pay-For-Performance and other value-based contracts. The Manager, Quality Improvement is also responsible for providing training to the physician’s office staff based upon analysis of the data collected.
