Report to Manager of National Accounts, while supporting Sales Team in developing programs to maximize account growth focused on National leading Mass Retailers, Department Stores, Home shopping, internet accounts, and catalog accounts.• Generate domestic, drop ship, and factory purchase orders via the AS400 system• Prepare item set up, buyer quote sheets and surveys for strategic account purchases• Communicate shipping, ticketing, special packing or documentation requirements to the Far East, then follow up on shipping dates as well as review inspection sheets prior to completion of production• Liaison between local warehouse and Accounts.• Prepare documents to meet the proper specifications for letters of credit • Adhere to Vendor Routing guides to avoid non-compliance chargeback’s• Review and approve vendor payments for product• Work with factories for best price, MOQ’s and lead times• Enter and ensure samples are sent to customers on a timely basis• Inspection quality, ticketing and packing of goods once it reaches our warehouse before shipping to customer

While handling accounts receivable, shipping on an import/domestic basis.• Set up of all vendor accounts• Manages our EDI company and rep group• Develop quote sheets and pricing• Create sales presentations for key accounts based on extensive sales analysis and forecasting • Follow up on all stages of product development with the Far East• Heavy contact with trucking company’s to move product • Review client purchase orders for accuracy, communicate discrepancies to account, work with purchasing to fill orders.• Work with the Far East to accommodate special/drop ship orders, account requirements.• Prepare and review documents to meet the proper specifications for letters of credit and ensure payments thru bank websites• Communicate domestic order shipments with the warehouse • Adhere to Vendor Routing guides to avoid non-compliance chargeback’s• Account/Order Management

Accountable for supporting the strategic department sales team and key sales staff in developing specific programs for strategic/key related clients to maximize account growth. The position also acted as a hub between the customer, the sales representative and all internal departments. The position is responsible to manage all sales support functions to ensure total customer satisfaction and continued sales and move all issues through the corporate enviroment as per internal policies and procedures.
