❖ Administer bi-weekly payroll for 1600+ employees, ensuring process is timely and accurate❖ Collaborate with Human Resources Department to execute payroll, improve processes and resolve employee pay errors❖ Develop ad hoc reports for management, auditors and outside vendors❖ Recommended and converted employee expense reimbursements from Accounts Payable to the Paylocity payroll system, reducing duplicate payments and decreasing turnaround time❖ Set up payroll codes and shift calculations to calculate correctly according to complex pay policies and perform bi-weekly mass uploads for employee changes❖ Perform periodic audits to ensure W-2 information is correct for end of year processing and annually correct maximums in payroll system to align with IRS contribution limits❖ Reorganized and continually maintain fixed assets system in Oracle Cloud❖ Responsible for maintaining and creating monthly journal entries for prepaid general ledger account❖ Communicate with departmental directors to schedule yearly budget meetings with the CFO
