Field Manager in the Industrial segment of the Business Customer Division (BCD) of Southern California Edison (SCE). Responsible for providing leadership to a team of 7 Account Executives and 7 Program Analyst serving 400 large industrial customers and 2800 service accounts, representing approximately 500 MW of load, 1.7 billion kWh in usage, and $220 million in revenue, while meeting departmental key performance indicators in the areas of customer satisfaction and demand side management. The Business Customer Division of the Customer Service Business Unit is the primary contact for business, government and agricultural customers in Edison's 50,000 square miles of service area.
