• Effectively manage a large volume of inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to consumers in the horticulture industry • Obtain phone orders, solve problems and provide product information• Enter orders that are received by email, fax or mail• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution• Manage customer custom projects including quotes• Work with Production, Scheduling and Shipping Departments to ensure quality and promptness of orders • Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce Software• Run Customer specific season planner reports to help customers with their yearly orders• Give presentations to Sales staff on new product introductions in person and/or via conference call• Make customer care calls, introduce new products and services, follow up calls after all major project completions• Provide support to other departments when needed
