During my time at MacLellan my job title was administrative assistant at MacLellan at tmmi. My job as the admin was filled with many task. so of which included taking care of all payroll, keeping spread sheets updated for financials, enter financials in our portal, purchase items, receive item in system, take care of all paper work for new hires, temps etc. help team members with issues, enter safety audits, plan all company events, daily task, file papers and scan into system, setup travel arrangements, and handling entering data for back up invoices and sending information to tmmi.
