- Full P&L responsibility of Greater China business – Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia, acting as legal and board representative in China- To develop and maintain a sustainable and profitable business platform for both equipment sales and service sales- To hit both short term annual volume & profit target, while improving customer satisfaction through offering adding value total solution to manage long term business perspective- Safeguard after sales service sales growth, with expanding installation base and upgrading service portfolio, from spare parts sales towards performance guarantee- Manage the cost and execution of project from pre-contract phase till the CAV, to fulfill profit target at the same time, ensure project quality.- Support the growth of China team, strengthen leadership of each function head, and lead by example

o Drive sustainable growth of the Sidel Beverage and Services portfolio and strengthen the competitive position of Sidel in specified categories.o Recommend, implement and monitor Operational Marketing Plans relevant to the particular Zone’s Product and Category targets and needs.o Detect growth opportunities with customers and prospects by anticipating and analyzing the market trends and evolutions.o Manage the Business Development function in the Zones. All BDM’s reporting to this person.o Create a smooth interaction between central Product Management and the Zoneo Conduct industry and value chain analysis in the category with a focus on consumer research and innovation development

- Responsible for mid-long term marketing / portfolio deployment strategy development and execution, align with sales activities to protect and grow company market share- Responsible for marketing investment utilization effectiveness and Return On Investment, to ensure sustainable business growth ( Manage more 100 mio RMB annual marketing investment)- Identify market opportunity, generate and manage key marketing projects, to ensure smooth deployment of new portfolio and on time new product launch- Work closely and effectively with sales team and customer for annual sales target fulfillment, at the same time, alignment on mid-long term marketing plan and product innovation

- Overall P&L responsibility for global product platform. Leading role in defining product platform proposition, attributes, service requirement. Managing the business with annual turnover for more than 0.3 bio Euro with CAGR 8%- Leading role in developing short to long term product development strategy, including initiate and manage D&E project for product platform Manage around 10 mio Euro annual D&E budget- Leading the development of product communication campaign in different media methods, secure the implementation of communication throughout the organization to target market companies- Continuous drive deployment of existing portfolio and new product, together with the local Marketing and Sales team in Market companies
