Running a large office and working as an assistant for C-level executives is what you think it’s like. I’m the colleague everyone wants to know, but no one wants to be. And I love it! I’m a people pleaser and fixer by nature, but I have the skills to say “no, I’m sorry” in a way that makes the asker satisfied. More than being a die-hard fan of the local colleges and pro teams, I have spent many years coaching and supporting youth sports programs throughout the Bay Area. When it comes to my work, I have to be organized and communicate well, because I don’t know any other way to get the job done. That’s served me well in my many professional roles over the years but also helps navigate the “work vs. life” balance we all need.
