Account Manager
Current- Manage the timely & accurate processing of customer orders, working closely with sales, art, licensing, and production teams for a multi-national leader in fashion accessories for men, women, and children.
- Provide support to the sales team by working directly with customers to ensure orders are efficiently processed; manage customer sample requests, create presentations, support sell-throughs, and seize sales.
- Collaborate with product development and purchasing teams to ensure adequate inventory of merchandise including headwear, leather goods, bags, cold weather accessories, and belts are purchased to fulfill customer orders.
- Work with overseas manufacturing licensees to ensure timeliness of shipping product, and subsequently work with warehouse team to ensure product is accurately received, ticketed, and packed to the customers.
- Coordinate drop ship shipments from manufacturers to some retail customers and to DSV for Ecommerce orders.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers: Sam’s Club, Hot Topic, Burlington, Fred Meyer, Fila, and Spencer’s.
