• Responsible for store operations, including opening, closing, re-merchandising, and teaming with buyers/planners, direct customer service, inventory and price integrity, plan-o-grams, and marketing. • Manage 20 staffs: assisting with projects, customer service, sick calls, assign projects, assist with re-merchandising, assist with freight.• Implemented personnel training: trained new hires on customer service, price integrity, Lotus Notes, request time off, anniversary date and pay rate, check if a product is out and where the product may be located and shipped to current location.• Retrained staff to address insubordination: trained staff on the correct procedures concerning insubordination – discussing the incident with supervisor(s).• Resolving customer complaints: identifying complaint, what the customer wants/needs, evaluate the situation and determine what is best for the customer.
