As a Career Transition Trainer, I have the pleasure of working with military service members and helping them with their transition out of military separation or retirement and into the next chapter of their career. I truly enjoy what I do.I have 10+ years experience in both the private and public sector. My experience includes 8+ years training, facilitating, and educating others and 3+ years working with service members and their families. I am passionate about helping others. With each workshop I facilitate, I see it as an opportunity to assist service members for a smooth transition into their next career by providing them with the tools and resources they need to get the job they want. The most rewarding part of my job is when military service members reach out to me later to tell me about the progress they have made or about a job offer they have accepted. Their success stories motivate and inspire me.
