My first job was as a waitress at a pizzeria. I learned many things from that job but one lesson echoes in my mind even 25 years later. One day I was grumbling and said to my manager, I have to work tomorrow. He said no, you get to work tomorrow. I had never thought about it with that perspective before. I try to approach each day that it is a privilege to do my job. I started in banking during my college days as a teller. I have been fortunate to have several great bosses and mentors over the years who helped me on my career path to becoming a Mortgage Banker. When I am not at work you can find me on my little family farm with my husband and children. We love animals and anything we can do outdoors.
