Developed strategic relationships with Distributor Sales Representatives, Dental Branch Managers, Customer Service Contacts, Dental Schools and DSO faculty. Planned, recorded and implemented individual Distributor Customer fiscal promotion/business plans and made recommendations to management regarding specific new or existing customers. Collaborated with marketing and graphics teams to create both printed and digital advertising showcasing quarterly promotions and product launches. Negotiated annual media kits and national advertising costs with partnered Distributors; promoted specials to Distributor representatives and their clients. Utilized CRM system, Sales Management Data, and Dashboard tools to track daily call activities and order entries.

Responsible for all sales and business development in the Southern California Region. Developed customer relations with Dental Practices, Schools, and Distributor Network. Partnered directly with prospective Dental Practices and staff, helping to shape their opening process and provide essential instruments as well dental materials. Provided CEU courses for Dental Offices, Schools, and Dental Societies as as Distributors for educational purposes and introduction of new products. Awarded Rookie of the Year in 2006 and Top Sales in 2007 and 2009.

Responsible for National Distributors, Local Distributors, Dental/Hygiene Schools, DSO's, Government Institutions and General/Specialty Dental Practices. Developed this brand-new territory for Sultan and generated enough sales revenue in one year to warrant the additional hiring of another Sales Representative for Northern California and Northern Nevada. Ranked #1 consistently; received Sales Representative of the Year in 1989, 1991, 1994, 1996, 2002, 2004 and joined the "Million Dollar Club in 1993 and awarded with the Highest Percentage Increase in 1994 and 2000.
