I have worked in several roles at U.S. Bank in the last fifteen years, from Developer to Release Manager to Program Manager and then Scrum Master of IT projects.

Currently gaining experience managing a Project with a cost of almost 3 million dollars and over a hundred resources. A third of these resources are offshore in India. This is a hybrid Project of both agile and waterfall technology development teams. Fifteen teams as well as external vendors are involved in this Project. The project is very complex and my responsibilities include drafting the agenda for and hosting weekly meetings with project team, documenting and tracking decisions, actions, issues and risks, hosting meetings with technical teams to encourage progression of project,I am also responsible for tracking forecast and creating and managing project schedule in MS Project. We store project materials and documentation on a project SharePoint site, and I manage that site throughout the course of the project. I am responsible to ensure that deliverables are completed in a timely manner to be ready for three required assessments, and to complete deliverables that are assigned to the project manager role and ensure these are all stored on the SharePoint project site. In my role, I maintain working relationships with our business line lead as well as business line contacts involved in the project, many technology developers and their leadership as well as leadership and resources of other areas impacted. I'm able to work with people of all levels in a professional manner.

For the first two years with US Bank, I worked on various mainframe COBOL projects in the credit processing (ACAPS) area. For the next six years, I transitioned into the role of Release Manager to the same group. I managed our releases from the beginning to the end of each quarterly cycle, coordinating all release activities. I maintained all file and code (all elements from COBOL, to JCL to PROC and COPYBOOK) movement and initialization from development to multiple test regions and into production. I monitored our CICS regions for stability, and research issues found. I managed communication and coordination of changes with external groups. I also monitored and managed specific release activities of a handful of developers (7-9). I developed new procedures for our group to offer more consistency, dependability and efficiency. I was tasked with various other responsibilities for our group, such as maintenance of a SharePoint collaborative website I developed, batch scheduling, CA7 job scheduling, Enterprise Disaster Recovery exercises and Change management.

Other than the obvious of Creating art any chance I get, I also single handedly run my business.
