CurrentI believe that I have several strengths that I bring to the role of Project Manager. I am a highly experienced, adaptable and well-motivated graduate with a BA in Applied Sociology andSocial Policy from Trinity College Dublin. Combined with practical and experiential learning infacilitation, project working, tutoring and peer mentoring. I am experienced and passionate aboutworking with, and supporting individuals who may be experiencing social exclusion and encouragingthem to visualize and reach their full potential. I believe my personal achievements and skills basedknowledge, are a strong foundation for work with, and to the advantage of others. I am a creativeteam person, highly committed and goal oriented, with well-developed interpersonal andcommunication abilities.In my present management role, I work closely with external service providers, local authorities and local Communities in the region. I am responsible for managing and supervising staff whilst continuously maintaining a high standard of service delivery, ensuring that the service provision is person centered, effective, and safe and promotes positive health and wellbeing for clients.I ensure the service is compliant with relevant legislation, regulations, national, organizational andlocal policies and standards. I ensure effective day to day running of the project, all aspects of healthand safety are met, the hygiene and physical environment is kept to a high standard and ensure thatclients are consulted and involved in the operation of the project to the greatest practical extent. I amalso presently part of the NOVAS on call Rota. I carry out administrative and financial procedures inaccordance with the policies and procedures of NOVAS, prepare reports, statistics and otherinformation as required.
