• Performed engineering support of Windows Server environment, to include Oracle and SQL database servers; web servers; and application servers.Key Projects
• Built and deployed VMWare ESX Server 2.5 and Virtual Center Server 1.3. Design included the use of VMotion to migrate virtual hosts between two VMWare servers.
• Designed and implemented network infrastructure to support high-availability web server infrastructure, including Cisco 3750 Catalyst switches and F5 BigIP Load Balancers.
• Created WMI scripts to automate software configuration changes across the environment.
• Created standard operating procedures for the on-going administration of these devices.

• Performed engineering support of Windows Server environment, to include Oracle and SQL database servers; web servers; backup solution; and application servers. Also, administered internal networking components.
• Replaced Checkpoint FW-1 v. 4.0 on Windows with a Cisco PIX 515. The replacement included a full rule set audit, and crafting of rules to insure customer sites remained accessible through the transition.
• Led the effort to relocate a 40-server data center. This included coordination with vendors to provision circuits, work with corporate IT to establish routing, address DNS to insure customers received new records to.
• Implemented version control system for application development team using Visual SourceSafe and building separate systems to handle development, testing and production applications. This provided a team of 40.
• Upgraded network server infrastructure which included Windows NT4 domain to Windows 2000 Active Directory domain, and a full redesign of the backup solution to use Veritas BackupExec 9.1 and a DLT tape library solution.

• Performed engineering support of Windows Server environment that included SQL 2000 database servers; and web servers running IIS with ColdFusion MX or.NET web applications. Performed project management and scheduling.
• Designed redundant web server infrastructure to support web-based case management application for the Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (DOJ-EOIR).
