As an experienced educator and leader, I currently serve as a 7th-grade English teacher, where I focus on creating engaging, thoughtful learning environments for middle school students. In addition to teaching, I lead our school's English Department as the PLC (Professional Learning Community) leader, guiding curriculum development, fostering collaboration, and driving instructional improvement among our team of teachers.I also teach a virtual US Government course to high school students, ensuring that even in a digital setting, students receive interactive and meaningful lessons that promote civic understanding.In addition to my teaching roles, I serve as the Director of my district's After School program, managing programs across four schools, Pre-K through 6th grade.
