During my 39 year nursing career I’ve had the pleasure of caring for people of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. What I’ve learned is that we all need a little help maintaining or improving our health and overall wellbeing. Many times, there is a disconnect between the patient and healthcare provider. Typically, our provider makes suggestions regarding diet and exercise, may write a prescription to treat the symptoms and sends us on our way. The disconnect occurs because we have no idea how to implement the suggestions. That’s where I come in! My nursing and behavioral health experience along with a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach enables me guide you along the path to restoring health and balance in your life.
