Tammy Walters is a seasoned public relations, marketing and events professional with over a decade's worth of industry experience to her name. In 2014, Tammy ventured into business, establishing boutique PR and event firm, Mirrors PR and Events, specialising in campaign development and delivery within the music and fashion industry. Tammy is now recognised as a leading industry expert, having gained many awards and accolades for her services, including the People's Choice for Professional Service at the 2017 ANZ Geelong Small Business Awards.Throughout her involvement with artists, Tammy identified a shift in the music industry fabrication leading her to expand her services to include artist management for emerging and established musicians and bands. She represents a number of national and international household names under her brand. Additionally, having contributed to music discourse throughout her career, Tammy has further established herself as a critical and conversational music journalist. She has interviewed over 300 artists including Wayne Coyne (Flaming Lips), Tito Jackson (Jackson 5), Luke Pritchard (The Kooks), Laura Jane Grace (Against Me!), Tim Finn (Split Enz), and Joey Santiago (Pixies).In 2021, Tammy joined the team at Platform Arts as their Public Relations and Events Manager, stepping up into the role of Venue and Operations Manager after 12 months in the position.
