¬ Planned, designed and coordinated the OLL School Auction at Raleigh Country Club (2015 – Diamond Anniversary Gala & Auction) and North Ridge Country Club (2016 – The Black & White Ball). ¬ Coordinated over 20 volunteers within 4+ committees each year to pull off the very successful auctions.¬ Created new fundraising events such as the “Kid Raffle”, “Auction Pep Rally”, and the Auction “Wine Wall” (2015 & 2016) – raising over $12,000 total.¬ Created the OLL “Flash Cash” campaign (2015) which raised over $19,500 specifically to upgrade technology at the school.¬ Implemented mobile bidding for auctions.

¬ Listen carefully to each individual client to determine their needs/wants in a future employee.¬ Independently source, interview and place candidates in specific jobs (technical, administrative, customer service, human resources, sales) based on customer needs.¬ Manage many accounts with excellent & timely customer service and a professional & positive attitude.¬ Keep accurate and detailed records of every employee and candidate. ¬ Communicate over the phone and in person with candidates, employees and Frankel Staffing business clients and handle their specific needs.
