I bring to bear my experience bridging worlds from professional to personal --trackers, lists, and spreadsheets by day and dirt bikes, off-road tracks, and climbing obstacles by night--into my work liaising with clients in layman's terms and translating the tech language of the developers and teams that I interface with internally. The same characteristics that have helped me reach my goals personally on a motorcycle, testing myself physically, growing my strategy and skill sets, through multiple injuries, and earning space among tight crews in a male dominated field --creative problem solving, solutions-focus, keeping a cool head in a crisis --have applied to my professional successes in establishing rapport with teams, promoting accountability, and navigating challenging workplace situations, tight deadlines, and contentious client interactions. My secret weapon is a keen sense of humor and ability to foster connection in diverse groups.I thrive in environments where accountability extends to all levels of the organization, where professionalism and continuous improvement are kept at the forefront, where diversity and individuality are celebrated, and teams are unified by a common passion and 'eye on the prize'.
