I started my journey with the Chalmers Foundation as Financial Officer in 1997 with John Clark as Chairman and Marg Bannister as Executive Director. At that time the Labatt 24 Hour Relay and the Festival of Christmas Magic took up most of our fundraising time and efforts. In 2005 I was keen to take on the Executive Director role with David Wilson as Chairman. In the past twelve years, together with our staff team, the Board of Directors, hundreds of volunteers and thousands of loyal donors we have raised over $15 million to help improve healthcare in our Community. I have made many friends over my past twenty years here at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital and Foundation. People who truly care about helping to improve services and programs that directly impact patient care in our Community. Thank you for your friendship and support over the years.I am taking on a new role as Donor Relations Manager with the Chalmers as I transition to retirement in 2018. I would love to sit down and talk with you about legacy giving.
